The first thing to try is selecting “forgot password.” Very often people have a profile and don’t remember creating it. If you try to create a second profile you will get an error. If that doesn’t work please email operationalperformance@agilus.ca and we will look into your issue further.

Our recruiters may use AI to support their screening activities. When AI is leveraged, it will be disclosed in the job posting and will be acting as an assistant with all results and recommendations being reviewed and evaluated by our Canadian based, human recruiting team.

The information gathered by our AI assistant and AI tools is stored on our private server, and is only used for the purpose of assessing your fit with our jobs.  Without your consent, your resume and the content of your pre-screen/interview will not get shared with anyone other than our recruiting team at Agilus.

Future talent planning means that we have a client that has informed us that they will be hiring soon for a specific skill set but don’t have a set start date. When situations like this occur, we proactively recruit talent to ensure we can respond quickly to our client’s requirements when they are ready to proceed.

A pre-screen conversation is a brief call with a recruiter or our AI assistant that is used to confirm basic information about skills and experience.  A pre-screen is conducted to help us identify candidates that should be considered for a formal interview.   An interview is a formal assessment with a recruiter that involves behavioural or situational questions to evaluate alignment of skills and experience with a specific role.  Individuals that complete a formal interview will receive an automatic notice when the position closes or if the recruitment timeframe extends beyond 40 days.
