The Better Outcomes Selling Success (BOSS) program
The Better Outcomes Selling Success (BOSS) program provides knowledge-based learning, supported by practical exercises, over the course of 12 weeks.
Participants acquire skills in value selling through topics and activities on targeted research, value propositions, buyer types and journeys and elements of sales meetings.
Effective listening and emotional intelligence are explored through the lens of business development and account management accountabilities and strength in managing objections and negotiations is further enhanced.
The program brings together colleagues from coast to coast and champions a collaborative and supportive learning and work environment.
